Welcome to Lloyd Surveyors

We are a young innovative architectural practice based on the Powys / Shropshire border, which aims to turn clients dreams into reality. We pride ourselves on creating inspired architectural spaces through imaginative design built on sound environmental principles.

We can incorporate the latest energy saving and environmentally conscientious materials into the design such as ground source heat pumps, solar heating technology, under floor heating and highly insulated timber frames. We are able to specify materials to far out perform current building regulation standards if required.

We offer either a simple, economical client led design using off the peg plans or a more complex bespoke service ranging from traditional design and form to more contemporary open plan living, each individually tailored to budgetary restrictions.

Some of the services we offer from our offices in north Powys include - help with planning application, building regulations, planning permission / consent,  for Agricultural dwelling applications, extensions, new builds, barn conversions / barn renovation and local needs throughout the following areas - Powys, Shropshire, Cheshire, Welshpool, Shrewsbury, Newtown and Oswestry.
